Re: Link to wiki page about Data Usage scenarios

Thank you for your comments and your point is well taken.  While these are data quality vocab material it was prompted thinking in terms of how this motivates/inhibits data usage.

One topic I discussed with Antoine last week [1] was about the possibility of inter-dependencies between the two vocabularies and that perhaps this might be a good topic to discuss at the f2f.

So I'd like to keep this in the questionnaire recognizing this as data quality but possibly influential to data usage.

Does this make sense?
