vmpstr has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-contain-2] content-visibility should pause css animations in subtree == [content-visibility](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-contain-2/#content-visibility) property, when [skipping](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-contain-2/#skips-its-contents) its contents should also pause css animations, as if [animation-play-state: paused](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-animations/#animation-play-state) has been applied to them. This allows UA to skip work that would otherwise be necessary to keep the animations going and up to date. /cc @chrishtr @dvoytenko Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5611 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
