I do think "else-if" is almost as important as "else", whatever the 
syntax.

Would `@else` have to come immediately after an `@if` or `@else-if` 
block, or could there be rules in between? I would think the former. 
The latter could be useful for organizing code, but would probably 
lead to mistakes.
