SOAP 1.2 Part 0: Primer Editor's draft available for review

Dear All:
An editor's draft of SOAP 1.2 Part 0: Primer is available for review [1]. It is a work in progress, and has no status in the XML Protocol WG activity as yet.

Taking into account the comments from WG members on an earlier draft, this is a fully revised version, using new examples and hopefully
providing a gentler ramp-up to SOAP concepts.

It will be reviewed in the up-coming F2F meeting at the end of November. Any comments would be most welcome. All comments on this list please.
