Re: ALL agenda 28 Oct telecon

regrets as expected for tomorrow's meeting.

I did complete my action item to contact Elisa Kendall about taking the 
lead on the units and measures OEP note and she has agreed although we 
are waiting to hear back from co-chairs about the invited expert status.

I also completed my action item to contact Hobbs about and OWL-Time note 
and am in discussion about the best way to proceed.
