Manu, for the 'remaing issues': we got (again...) a TAG request on the fragment id text: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdfa-wg/2011Dec/0055.html this time sent by Jeni. I would propose to take Jeni's text and get it over with, but we should certainly have a decision on that.
