you argued that the rules for converting arguments of type untypedAtomic should
be removed from the sections on numeric operators as they are covered in greater 
generality in the language documents.  The joint WGs agreed with you and decided that these rules should be removed from sections 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 of the F&O.
