Re: namespace directory

Hi,

I think prov-dictionary is the correct short name for us.

Right now they are at
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/namespace/prov-dictionary.owl
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/namespace/prov-dictionary.ttl

and the link in the document is:
http://www.w3.org/ns/prov-dictionary

(Which apparently already exists, but now points to the old Collection OWL)
