RE: ODRL V2.1 Process - Lets Start

I've reviewed the ODRL in JSON spec and it is in synch with the Core Model and Vocabulary specs (of course, let me know if I've missed something!)

Subject: ODRL V2.1 Process - Lets Start

Dear all, the final edits to the Core Model and Vocabulary have been completed.

The process page has been updated: https://www.w3.org/community/odrl/wiki/Process_for_Version_2.1_Specification

I would now like to propose we move to Step 2 (1 week early).

Can the editors of the 3 encoding specs (XML, JSON, OWL) please review the changes to the Core Model and Vocabulary
and make (any) necessary changes to comply with the updates.

When completed, can you please notify this list.

Also note, we will be using the "W3C Last Call Tracker" [1] to track all the comments and resolutions for our documents.
We will test how well this works on our first 2 week review and then the 4 week public review.

Cheers...
