Suitability of including stress or anxiety under cognitive impairments or as a disability Mentioning "temporary disabilities such as stress" under General Concerns (2.1) detracts from the serious and permanent challenges that are at the core of cognitive impairments and needs of the primary group of users this document is focused on. It is not unusual for one to experience anxiety and stress - but should this be pulled into the main scope of this document? Or, should the doc say that accessibility fixes implemented may incidentally benefit people who experience prolonged periods of stress or anxiety just like it make things more usable for non-PWD. I draw attention to a recent article on increase in count of students claiming disability in U.S. universities - see attached. An uptick in the count of PWD population caused by an increase in people recording stress and anxiety as a disability is something that may be a concern.
