Issue 1: Under Processing Speeds: it says: "General: Systems that time out may not give users with disabilities that affect processing speed sufficient time to interpret information and formulate a response." So it is unclear why this issue about sufficient time is also duplicated under "2.9 Speech and Language Production: Responding to Voice and Speech Recognition Systems" with the "Timeout" label. Issue 2: Consider if this example is suitable for inclusion: A user may need to switch applications to obtain a Onetime Passcode (OTP) or one's account number before inputting it in via the mobile phone's dial pad. This might involve switching back and forth a couple of times to gather the entire string of digits to be entered which takes time especially for one with a disability. If the application cuts off the user before the entire OTP or account number is entered, the user may not be able to complete the desired task. Some applications offer the option to speak the OTP or account number which some users may find convenient.
