Hi Jonathan,

Would you please update the list of the httpRange-14 change proposals
that have been been submitted to use neutral names for them, rather than
the submitter's name?  This is generally considered a "best practice" in
technical working groups and the like, as it helps in keeping the focus
more on technical merits and less on egos.
