Hi,
section 6.6.2:
"Some URIs refer to a location within a resource. This kind of URI
ends with "#" followed by an anchor identifier (called the fragment
identifier)."
This statement is wrong, URIs never end with #ident; these are URI
_references_, see RFC 2396 for the details.
