Joseki: The Jena RDF Server

This is the version 1.0 release of Joseki - a server for publishing RDF
models on the web. Models have URLs and they can be accessed with queries
using HTTP GET.

Joseki is part of the Jena RDF framework.  Joseki is open source under a
BSD-style license.

Query provides a common framework for handling models from small to large.
In addition, Joseki also provides an experimental set of operations for
model update so cooperating applications can interact through common
information stored in a shared models.
