No loss of content or functionality is caused by overriding: * font-family, or * all text/background combination color choices that a user may change that meet 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum), or * (Some reasonable amount TBD by LVTF) of spacing between characters, words, lines, or paragraphs Note: If no mechanism exists to override these items on any user agent for the target technology, then the author has no responsibility to create one."
