[lang] Intention of translation

Dear Translators,

I confirm that I have searched the Translations database
(https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/matrix.html).

We have mostly already translated the following document at the
Hungarian W3C office with the help of prof. Zsuzsanna Palmer (sorry, I
did not read the procedure carefully enough at first):

* Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2
* 12 December 2024
* https://www.w3.org/TR/2024/REC-WCAG22-20241212/

In compliance with the W3C Intellectual Property FAQ
(https://www.w3.org/copyright/intellectual-rights/#translate), I
confirm I will contribute under the IPR policies for W3C translations.

I will place a prominent disclaimer in my translation(s) in which the
following shall be disclosed: (1) the title of and link to the original
English document, (2) that my document is a translation that may
contain errors, and (3) that the original English document on the W3C
website is the one that is official. (Items (2) and (3) must be in the
target language.)

I will also ensure the links within my translation(s) are valid and
will endeavor to provide valid markup and CSS (validation tools are at
https://validator.w3.org).

I will notify this list with links to my translation when complete.

Best regards,
 Pallinger Péter
