Thanks for the translation! There are a few small mistakes. Could you
fix those?

  - The LANG attribute at the top should contain the ISO abbreviation,
    not the full name of the language, thus:

        <html dir="rtl" lang="ur">

  - The W3C copyright rules state that the W3C logo should not be
    copied, but included directly and linked to the W3C home page. Thus,
    line 509 in your translation should look like this, with exactly
    these URLs:

        <a rel="home" class="home" href="http://www.w3.org/"><img
          alt="W3C" src="http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_home"></a>

  - You copied most of the style sheet, which is fine, but you forgot
    some parts:

    hints2.css       - http://www.w3.org/Style/hints2.css
    hints.css        - http://www.w3.org/Style/hints.css
    banner.css       - http://www.w3.org/Style/banner.css
    dogsear.png      - http://www.w3.org/Style/dogsear.png
    sandydogsear.png - http://www.w3.org/Style/sandydogsear.png
    bluemap.jpg      - http://www.w3.org/Style/bluemap.jpg
    orangemap.jpg    - http://www.w3.org/Style/orangemap.jpg
    semi2x2b.png     - http://www.w3.org/Style/semi2x2.png

  - On lines 69-72, there are four broken links. They should point to
    http://www.w3.org/Style/ (twice) and http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/
    (also twice).
