RE: translation request

I believe that the core of the document will remain
intact and frankly, don't predict any substantial
changes to it. Nevertheless, the document is likely
and it will change in some way given the information
I've found on the WCAG WG site. Even with a new
realease in sight, there is no harm in translating the
current working draft. I actually see more pros than
cons. Of course, I will take upon myself updating the
document so that the Polish reader can access the most
recent version but also have a look at the history of
the document.
