CSS properties "percentages" information not showing up

Hi:

Just wondering why the “percentages” values are not showing up on the css property pages. For example, there is a string in the edit field[1] for background-position: “Refer to size of background positioning area minus size of background image”, but it’s not showing up on the page.[2]

I know there’s a bug requesting that we clarify what this field is (probably to be handled in the editing field).[3]

But does anyone know why the value isn’t showing up at all on the output?
