Visibility property for review

Hi everyone,

I have gone through the existing *visibility* property [1] and made a few
updates along with a simpler example [2]:

- Updated initial value from 'inherit' to 'visible' per W3C [3]& MDN [4]
docs and filled in missing values in overview
- Updated the live example from the MSDN sphere example [4] to a simpler
codelet I created [2], along with updating the section's example to match
for consistency

Does the coordinator remove the flags upon review or do I remove them once
resolved?
