CSS Properties checklist

Hi, folks:

I had the action item to add a line item to our CSS properties checklist for editors & reviewers. Funny thing, I couldn't find a checklist. So I created one off the top of my head.[1]

If you know of a checklist for the CSS Properties project, would you kindly point me to it? If not, what do you think of the one I created? I've separated out a checklist for those editing vs. those doing a technical review. If I've left anything off, go ahead and add it.

Otherwise, I'll keep going back to this to improve it.
