We will take a look at this.  In the particular case of E.4, I actually 
changed "viewers" in an earlier draft to "implementations", because I 
realized that the suggestions would require the cooperation of authoring 
tools as well.

This also may apply to some other "viewers" occurrences.  We'll have a look.
