Re: ISSUE-88: The events section of procdoc-2005 is arcane and needs updating

I believe this applies to chapters 2-6 and 8-12. If it doesn't apply to
the revised chapter 7 proposal, it probably will in a few years.

And it doesn't provide anything usefully actionable.

I propose to close this issue, in favour of more specific issues that
identify specific concrete problems.

(Also, if you raise an issue, please make sure to select *your* name. (Not  
David Baron's, unless you are David Baron)
