There are a bunch of properties having this form, e.g. isBasedOnUrl, which
are of rather limited use. I am convinced that there should be
corresponding properties without the *Url, pointing to Things (or some
narrower class like CreativeWork) which may have that URL as an 'url'
property.
I.e.:
{ ?a :isBasedOnUrl ?b } => { ?a :isBasedOn [ :url ?b ] } .
