+1 ConceptCode

(Just put somewhere in the description that it's the "thing" that this is
more interested in encapsulating and not necessarily the "string".  The
developer may want to use or look at alternateName for cases where a code
is not readily available or codification is not justified for the
particular domain.  Something like that in the description would help and
it MUST have at least one example of alternateName usage to help them
understand better.)
