Today schema.org has released version 1.0d, and strangely it has not been announced on this list, or did I miss something? The LOV entry has been immediately updated accordingly at http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/details/vocabulary_schema.html. The version stored in LOV data base is extracted from the RDFa publication http://schema.org/docs/schema_org_rdfa.html and transformed in n3. http://lov.okfn.org/dataset/lov/agg/archives/dir_schema/file_schema_2013-11-19.n3 . Previous versions from 0.99 are also available in the same format from the timeline on the LOV html page. They are not available from the schema.org site itself, not anywhere else AFAIK.
