See my feedback to Dan Scott...:) there's a room for improvement.

Subject: determining the source of portions of schema.org

The page for PhysicalExam, http://schema.org/PhysicalExam, indicates that
PhysicalExam contains information contributed by WikiDoc.

Is there any record of just what this contribution is and how it came to
be?

One reason that I ask is that PhysicalExam is in a rather strange place in
the
schema.org hierarchy. It is a subclass of MedicalIntangible, which does
not
appear to be correct, and not a subclass of DiagnosticProcedure, which
also
does not appear to be correct.
