Is there any record of just what this contribution is and how it came to be? One reason that I ask is that PhysicalExam is in a rather strange place in the schema.org hierarchy. It is a subclass of MedicalIntangible, which does not appear to be correct, and not a subclass of DiagnosticProcedure, which also does not appear to be correct. Peter F. Patel-Schneider
