I recall at the f2f there was some discussion of creating a SW vocabulary 
for versioning (or something like that).  This was somethign that the 
webont WG looked into and decided (at least for my part) that it would 
take too long to get right and shouldn't hold up the OWL spec.

Anyway, Jeff Heflin did a lot of work on this before that decision was 
made, and I think he should be included in any attempt to start such an 
effort again.
