Hi all, Chris Wilper announced [1] a new IETF submission called "Semantic Content Packages" [2]. SCPs, as he calls them, are logical containers of structured RDF content and unstructured content (in octet-stream) that are identified by a URI. It strikes me that one form of named graphs are a degenerate form of SCPs that contain no unstructured content. Is this worth following up?
