how is this supposed to apply when the nodes are _in_ the same dataset?
the graphs will be distinct and the respective graphs will have different identiiers, otherwise the forms denote just one graph.

if the statement, above, refers to constructing a trig document then, again, merge or union rules could apply as per defined by the construction process.
