Hi Felix, Thank you! If I read you correctly, then yes, those are two examples of one reifier of two triples each (i.e. going into "many-to-many"). I believe the suggested profile would restrict rdf:reifies to a cardinality of one in some way (with different consequences for those examples depending on how it was defined; either syntactic ill-formedness errors or functional equivalence semantics).
