We can definitely add rel="license" to the theme.

We're happy to install extensions into the RDFa.info wiki but don't
have huge bandwidth to find them or build them right now.  Did you
have an extension in mind that would consume RSS? (My brief googling
wasn't very productive, but maybe I just don't know where to look)  In
general it'd be helpful for feature requests to be specific --
"install extension foo" -- rather than general -- "make the wiki do
bar".
