There was feedback from Mike Dean (see:

regarding a few minor changes that I intend to incorporate tonight.  Once
this is done, there will be no other changes I can make without input from
others (see below):

Okay, that makes sense, because we didn't get the direct response we were
expecting one way or another.

I think the only question (long ago) was whether the namespace URL should
indicate variants of RIF entailment, but given where we eventually settled
on simple RIF entailment -  IMO - the current URL is fine and so I will
remove the editorial note regarding this.

Yes.  So, once I make the changes tonight, I'll send an indication to that
effect and this will be the only open issue.
