Abel,

Well, the Status section of every document (I haven't personally 
checked XSLT 3.0 recently, but definitely saw it there a few months 
ago) contains a sentence that says something along the lines of "It 
will be very helpful if you prefix bug titles with [XXX]".  I didn't 
mean to sound harsh, so please forgive me if I sounded like that.  I 
don't know how to get Bugzilla to do anything like this, but perhaps 
Liam or somebody else on the list does.

Anyway, many thanks for fixing the title!
