OWL wg: The scribe notes for yesterday's telecon have been cleaned up and a formatted rendering of this draft is available [1] . As my notes tend to be sparse, you may wish to make additions to the editable version of the chatlog [2] used to generate the draft. Alternatively, you can send comments on the notes to me, and I will make the changes.
