Michael here! Perhaps something like:
1) Sporadically and incrementally specifying semantics for only certain
parts of the vocabulary used within existing RDF data.
2) Creating (not-necessarily complete) inference graphs from such RDF data
by performing rulebased forward chaining, which is based on the semantics
that have been specified earlier.
3) Efficiently querying the resulting inference RDF graph with SPARQL.
But I don't know how to make a "one-liner" out of this. ;-)
