Hi Felix, Dave, all, We do implement Disambiguation and we have a consumer for Enrycher, and we can output the enriched-XLIFF. I’m just not sure how that would be used on the translator side. It would be probably more useful for an MT system. Another thing that we’ll have is some steps to clean-up bilingual data for MT training. I suppose Enrycher would allow to markup proper name that should be anonymized for example. So we certainly have some demo material for this. cheers, -yves From: Felix Sasaki [mailto:fsasaki@w3.org] Sent: Monday, January 07, 2013 1:14 PM To: Yves Savourel Cc: 'Dave Lewis'; public-multilingualweb-lt@w3.org; tadej.stajner@ijs.si Subject: Re: Locworld June Re: Update [Agenda] MLW-LT call 7 January, 4 p.m. UTC Hi all, putting Tadej into CC, I'm wondering if we could convince Tadej to join this. I am asking since one aim of ITS2 and the whole project is to bring text analytics technology into localization. We have achieved that via disambiguation to some extend and thanks to Enrycher. Locworld would be the perfect timing to spread the word. I wouldn't propose necessarily a separate submission (not sure if that would be successful), but maybe some people want to join forces? After all there is a “Standard” track there. Dave: The proposal you submitted sound nice and very broad. I was thinking of submitting a topic on “Interoperability and Quality Check” (or something like that). It would be an illustration of practical use of ITS information (e.g. LQI and a few other) across different tools and document types, using Language-Tool, CheckMate and possibly MemSource, along with XML, HTML5 and XLIFF documents. Do you think that would fit somewhere into your larger submission or should it go as a separate (maybe more end-users oriented) presentation? I would propose that everybody who plans a submission would mention this in this thread. I don't know details about FEISGILLT2, this may be of interest to others too. My apologies for this disruption (yet again), but could I request we move the regular slot - perhaps back to our old Thursday afternoon slot? OK, Thursday would be fine by me - this would be 4 p.m. UTC, right? Second, on dissemination, the speaker proposal deadline for Locworld London (June) is due on the 10th Jan so we should quickly coordinate input to this, and also to FIESGILTT-2 which is now confirmed to co-locate there also! Good point, will add that to 7) AOB. Best, Felix cheers, Dave On 04/01/2013 06:50, Felix Sasaki wrote: Hi all, a happy new year to all! I hope you had a good end of year holiday.
