Sam, while you're coordinating work on vocabularies and namespaces,
please coordinate work on media type registration too.
I haven't reviewed the XHTML 2 WG's work on media types

It's a NOTE, so I thought maybe I didn't need to, but
they have decided to ask The Director to update the
XHTML 1.0 Recommendation to cite a new draft of it.

At a glance, it seems to overlap with RFC2854.
