I regret that I cannot make today's call due to a meeting conflict. With respect to:

Visiting https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/gld/raw-file/default/adms/index.html still doesn't load respec.js in Chrome due to a "insecure content" warning. The fix is for respec.js to be made available over HTTPS. However, this shouldn't hold up ADMS.
