Note that this definition is a *very* low bar, and you can probably argue that any file stored on disk that is available for download meets this definition. If I scribble a table with a couple of numbers onto a piece of paper, snap a pic with my phone, and post the pic to Twitter, then that's a dataset according to this definition. Best, Richard
