1. Why can't a resource have multiple roles? They obviously will have in many cases. The resource can be the subject of more than one RDF statement. If the PROF model doesn't allow this then we need to discuss.
2. @smrgeoinfo [illustrates](https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/747#issuecomment-463663778)) one way to create an extensible list. Another is to use subclassing of RDF or SKOS B/N, as discussed above.
