OK, well then can someone who was present for the discussion please add more context here as I can't quite understand what a "metadata usage environment" is? >From your statement above @kcoyle, it sounds like I should be interpreting this item as "**The Profiles Description Ontology** list expected vocabulary terms for a metadata usage environment" so we are talking about the work as a whole, not a "metadata usage environment" for the item of class `Profile`.
