From this morning's meeting: new wiki page for second round of use cases...

During the telecon this morning Deirdre shared a wiki page that has been
set up for new proposed use cases.

Even though it is part of the meeting notes I thought it be worth calling
to everyone's attention to help ensure that we are putting the use cases in
the same spot.
