Hello, http://hg.csswg.org/test/rev/42ef8e75f26c Firefox 43.0a1 buildID=20150817085957 and Chrome 46.0.2490.6 pass all 12 tests. IE11 fails border-conflict-element-vrl-010 and border-conflict-element-vlr-011 and pass the 10 others. Prince 10 rev 4 fails, among the vertical-rl tests, border-conflict-element-vrl-010 and border-conflict-element-vrl-012 but passes the other 4 tests. I think it fails border-conflict-element-vrl-012 for reasons *_not related_* to border-collapse and *_not related_* to border conflict resolution. Reviews are welcomed.
