H90 techniques has a link to SC 3.2.2 documents. However H90 is not liseted in Techniques and Failures for Success Criterion 3.3.2(http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20-20081211/minimize-error-cues.html#minimize-error-cues-techniques-head).
