Hi Jeni,

You are right according to the order given in the spec. 
But logically speaking, the content type of <xs:complexType mixed="true"/> 
should be _mixed_ with no element children.  

Isn't there a difference between <xs:complexType/> 
and <xs:complexType mixed="true"/> ?
