Most recent SquishQL spec?

Can someone point me at the most recent version of the SquishQL spec?

Does the April 2002 "3 implementations" paper [1] still reasonably 
represent the current status?

(BTW, swordfish.rdfweb.org seems to be down, so I can't check some of the 
pages that Google finds.)
