Dear Peter as an editorial ammendment concerning these URI references, I suggest the following note at the end of section 6.4 RDF URI References [[ Note: Because of the risk of confusion between RDF URI references that would be equivalent if derefenced, the use of %-escaped characters in RDF URI references is strongly discouraged, see also <a href= "http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/issues.html#URIEquivalence-15"> URI equivalence issue</a> of the Technical Architecture Group [TAG] ]] Where [TAG] links to a new informative reference of the TAG issue list.
