Please don't let the big corporations twist the web into ways that
profit them at everyone else's expense.  There are good ways to make a
profit -- providing superior products or services -- and bad ways --
trying to bludgen the competition to death with lawyers .  Microsoft and
Apple are famous (or infamous) for that approach and I view with great
alarm any proposal offered by them that allows them to limit
competition.  They will take advantage of it.
