Linguistics versions

How should the server send the list of available linguistic versions.

1) The available linguistic versions should be transmited in Alternates.

2) The language of the doc should be declared in the header.

3) A doc could contain a small part in other languages; typically a quote. 

4) Characters and fonts should be negotiated separetly.
